Mushroom Pepper Fry

Mushroom pepper fry
1tbsp black pepper pods
1/2 tsp jeera seeds, sauf and coriander seeds blend all this in a coarse powder
Mushroom 300gms sliced
1tsp mustard seeds
2dried red chilli 🌶
Few curry leaves
1inch ginger chopped
1onion sliced
2tbsp oil
1/2 capsicum sliced
Method-Heat oil add mustard seeds, dried red chilli and curry leaves sauté for some time then add onion and ginger sauté for 2-3 min, add mushroom and stir fry for 2-3 min then add capsicum and cook for 2min, now add all powder masala and 1/2 tsp salt mix well for 2-3 min sprinkle some lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves
Really yummy try it out

Yellow Moong Dal with Dill leaves

1/2cup moong dal wash and keep aside with water for 1/2hr

2tbsp oil, few curry leaves, 1tsp gg paste

1 medium size onion slice cut

2green chillies slit cut

coriander and dill leaves finely chopped

1tsp each Turmeric, salt and chilli powder

In a pan add 2tbsp oil, few curry leaves and sliced onion and cook till the color changes to light brown then add 1tsp ginger garlic paste saute for a few mins till the raw smell goes. Then add 1tsp turmeric powder add the soaked dal along with 1tsp red chilly powder, 1-2green chilly slit, chopped dill leaves, salt, stir all ingredients well. Now add half cup water and let it cook till water dries check if the dal is cooked if not add a little more of water to it so that the dal is cooked well ones the water has dried and the dal is cooked sprinkle coriander leaves

Enjoy your dal with roti or chapattis…

Yellow Moong Dal with Dill leaves

Kheema with Dill leaves

1/2kg Kheema

1/2 packet of Shan Kheema masala

2slice onion

1cup green peas

1 bunch ki baji(dill bhaji)

2green chilli chopped

1maggi cube, 1tbsp curd, 1tomato, 2tbsp ggc paste, 1tbsp chilli paste

Fry onion till soft and transparent, add ginger garlic and chilli paste fry for sometime, add kheema and 1spoon curd and Shan kheema masala fry for 5min keeping stirring, then add green peas, 1small tomato, chicken maggi cube, keep stirring for 5min then add suha (dil) bhaji and let it cook for sometime nearly about 10min, if needed add half cup water and let it cook once done sprinkle coriander leaves and eat with paratha or chapatis

Note:- the more and nice you stir the dish the better aroma and tasty this dish will be

It’s my husband’s all time favourite.. try and enjoy

Healthy Chicken Vegetable Soup

Chicken vegetable soup
Ingredients
4pcs chicken leg pcs
5 glass of water
3Black pepper, 2clove, 1cardamom, 1black cardamom, 2tej pata, 1small stick of cinnamon
1tsp salt
1carrot slice
4-5 mushroom pods(Slice it)
1tomato slice
1onion slice
3-4pods of garlic (crushed)
1/2 inch ginger slice
1tsp sauf
1tsp Dhanya seeds
1pc of Maggi chicken cube

Method:-put all the ingredients together in a vessel cook for 30-40min, garnish coriander leaves and enjoy the yummy healthy soup.

Note- if u pressure cook 2whistle are enough then remove in a vessel cook for sometime n garnish coriander leaves.

I and my son really enjoy this soup 🥣

Carrot halwa- A must have this season

1kg carrot
1litre milk
3/4 cup sugar or palm sugar
1/4 cup khoya
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1tsp elaichi powder
Dry fruits
Methods- grate carrot and cook for 5min then add milk and boil it then let it simmer n cook until milk dries, add sugar cook for 2-3 min, add khoya mix well add ghee mix well cook for 5min then add nutmeg n elaichi powder mix n add all dry fruits as per ur choice I used cut/ sliced almond, cashew n pistachio mix well
Carrot halwa is ready garnish with dry fruit n enjoy ur desert
