1kg carrot
1litre milk
3/4 cup sugar or palm sugar
1/4 cup khoya
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1tsp elaichi powder
Dry fruits
Methods- grate carrot and cook for 5min then add milk and boil it then let it simmer n cook until milk dries, add sugar cook for 2-3 min, add khoya mix well add ghee mix well cook for 5min then add nutmeg n elaichi powder mix n add all dry fruits as per ur choice I used cut/ sliced almond, cashew n pistachio mix well
Carrot halwa is ready garnish with dry fruit n enjoy ur desert
